450g Italian Tipo '00' flour

300ml water

10g dried yeast

25ml Olive oil

10g salt

Choose any toppings you want. We usually go for:

Sorrentino ham

Cheddar Cheese

Tomato puree

We use a bread maker to make the dough which takes roughly 1h 30. This is a lot easier and allows you to crack on with your toppings. However, you can make this yourself by combing the flour, water, yeast, oil and salt. Knead this for roughly 10 minutes. Then allow for the dough to rest in a bowl covered with a tea towel for about an hour.

Once the dough has rested you can flour a clean surface in your kitchen and pop the dough on. Now roll the dough and it should be enough to form two decent pizza bases (normally serves 8 slices per pizza).

Once the dough is rolled out and put on a pizza tray you can then add some tomato puree to the base and spread it round evenly with a knife so the whole surface is covered.

Now it's the fun part...add the toppings! We first grate the cheese and mozzarella on and then build up.

Pop it in the oven for 25 mins at 180 degrees. Enjoy!
